The spring seat base is designed to give the comfort that you expect from a recumbent ride.
The foam padding in the factory seat doesn’t adequately isolate the spine from the bumps and vibrations of the everyday riding experience, even on the smoothest of pavements.
Installation is simple. Just remove the factory mounting base and the upper rear support struts from the trike, take the 4 screws out that hold the seat to the base, and install the spring seat base. Replace the upper support struts with the spring loaded struts that are supplied. Remount to the trike frame. Set the arms to your desired reclining angle. |
